Turriff Innovations
Turriff has introduced a safety and efficiency improvement scheme known as 'Turriff Innovations'. The scheme is driven by the company's HSEQ department and is designed to encourage the Turriff workforce to focus on best working practices and to put forward suggestions that could lead to an improvement in general safety and operational performance.
'In line with its core values, Turriff promotes a culture of safety and quality in its operations. I feel that 'Turriff Innovations' reinforces this culture and I'm sure that in time many of the ideas will become standard practice throughout the contracting industry.'

Initiatives generated under the 'Turriff Innovations' scheme are communicated to the workforce via Turriff's monthly newsletter, posters located across the company's premises, and training programmes where necessary.
