CORGI - The Council for Registered Gas Installers - is the national watchdog for gas safety in the United Kingdom and is backed by the Heath & Safety Executive. CORGI registration is now a legal requirement for anyone installing or repairing gas fittings or appliances. Furthermore, in response to concerns over carbon monoxide poisoning, all landlords must have gas appliances checked at least every twelve months by a CORGI registered engineer.
Turriff has over 30 CORGI registered gas engineers who can check, install, maintain and repair both commercial and domestic gas heating systems.
